File Format Specifications

You may upload a number of different file types, .eps, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .ai, .fh, .psh, .zip, .doc and .ppt. Just make sure you follow the specs for layout. Please remember the resolution (dot per inch) is 300 dpi minimum and bleed size is 1/16" (2mm).

How to Upload Your Files

1. Due to internet security for your file and our server, you need to register an account and verify your account, please remember to check you email. You will received your password from our auto generated email once your account has successfully verified, you can login and upload your files.

2. Please keep the name short with no spaces between words (or use_underscores_instead)

3. Only use letters or numbers, no special characters

4. If you have several files, please compress them using zip (Free Zip software for PC or Free YemuZip for Mac)



Uploading Large Files

If your file exceeded our 20MB maximum size allow limit, we highly recommend customer to use third party website like Uploading.com and YouSendit.com to upload your file.
